Myanmar Update, February 7, 2021

Subject: Myanmar Update
From:Thae
Date: February 7, 2021

Yesterday (Feb 6, 2021) The Military Government banned the access to internet with the purpose of news blankout! Since we can’t access to internet and reliable news sources, in order to weaken our strength to fight against the injustice, they announced a lot of fake news yesterday which made us confused, and desperate.

The revolution has started in Myanmar! Thousands of people regardless of gender, age, and ethnicity are on the road participating in the revolution. I have attached some photos for you to take a look at what is really happening in Myanmar.

Also in the revolution, we show our soul how much we want the police, and the soldiers to be with us, and how much we want want them to fight this battle together. We don’t want violence. We just hope they will be together with us this time.

“We will win this fight together.”

All the best
Thae

Myanmar Update Feb. 9, 2021

Subject: Bloody hands by Myanmar military coup

From: Naing

Date: February 9, 2021 at 12:33:47 AM PST

Today February 9, 2021 the military coup in Myanmar started shooting tens of thousands of people demonstrating in almost all cities and towns across the whole country!

The military coup announced the curfews (144) to the whole country and not gathering more than 5 people in a place from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

People across the country get strong, together fighting for releasing their democratically elected leaders and asking for our democracy back; only we want our civilian governments and have our voices heard as normal in a democratic society.

However, up until the 8th of February they don’t show any signs to access, respect and recognize our votes and voices of different ethnic people.

Even as shown in the pictures, they are using the uniform-changed soldiers as policemen and started shooting the peaceful protesters. The police officer shooting the demonstrators are from millions coups.

Which mean the military coups want to use the image of the police adverse actions between people and them, rather than themselves in the international community.

Medias, these days, are trying to find out this shooter who he is exactly in truth.
I am very pleased to share this with all of you ‘Global Community’ what’s hourly going on in Myanmar.

With sadness,

Naing
