At our 7th Interfaith Wisdom Circle this Sunday, Feb. 21 (9 AM PST), we’ll be honoring the memory of a light in the global interfaith community, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Farajaje, who recently left this world, with a conversation about the spiritual guides who have shone light into our lives. Rev. Charles Gibbs is moderating. We’re inviting our friends from all the diverse backgrounds in our global community — Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Seikh, Christian, Jew, Indigenous People, Humanist, spiritual seeker and lover of life — to join us. 🙂 Details and RSVP link are below.
And we’ve posted the videos from yesterday’s OWL Global Wisdom Circle, with Bonita Banducci on the theme of How Changing Roles of Women are Changing the World. We invite you to check out the conversation, and offer any thoughts or questions of your own on the blog. Bonita has offered to respond online. Details and link to the videos are below.
And please stay tuned, and consider holding the dates, for our March Wisdom Circles:
Please let me know if you have any questions, or anything you’d like to add to our calendar or next newsletter.

Celebrating the Spiritual Guides Who Have Shone Light into Our Lives
Professor Dr. Ibrahim Farajaje, a dear friend and spiritual mentor to many people of diverse faiths, races, and backgrounds in the Bay Area and around the world, left this world on February 8, after a massive heart attack. Those of us who had the blessing of knowing him are in mourning.
In Ibrahim’s honor, the theme of this month’s Interfaith Wisdom Circle is remembering our spiritual guides who walked with us along the way. Rev. Charles Gibbs will moderate the conversation.
We’ll begin the circle by viewing Ibrahim Baba’s opening sermon at Star King’s Symposium 2012.
Sunday, February 21, 2016, 9:00 – 10:30 AM Pacific Time.
You can find your corresponding local time at Time and Date.
To participate in the videoconference, please RSVP and we’ll get back to you with details! We’re limiting the circle this month to 25 RSVPs.
