We’re delighted to welcome our newest member of the OWL Community, Nancy Margulies.
With a lifetime of facilitating conversations around the world, Nancy refers to herself as a “motivational listener.” She is one of the founders of the World Cafe movement. “Through it,” she says, “I learned the value of deep listening, exploring questions that matter, finding our collective wisdom and creating the future we want.”
In the 1980s Nancy developed a visual recording technique which she has used to work with corporations, community and educational groups worldwide.
Her career includes working with President Clinton and his cabinet, collaborating with Meg Wheatley, and facilitating workshops in Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Switzerland, Turkey, South Africa and India. She led a World Café in India with a group that gathered with the Dalai Lama, and visually recorded the events. The trip is featured in the documentary, Dalai Lama Renaissance, narrated by Harrison Ford. |
